sometimes you got a lot of bounce mail “Mail delivery failed” and this problem makes the storage inbox is full,
and you want to remove those bounce mail from mail inbox at once action
in this tutorial for cPanel hosting, kindly login to cPanel then go to Email Disk Usage
next, select the account (1) and inbox, click manage (2), and selected Custom query (3), fill the Dovecoat query (4) with SUBJECT “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” FROM “Mail Delivery System”.
then click Delete permanently (5).
now you can check the mailbox, your inbox already clear from bounce mail
you can use this tool to remove a lot of email with the same subject and the same sender
