Sometimes you got an error when you upload theme or something to WordPress
if your web hosting is using cPanel as control panel, kindly login to cPanel
then go to MultiPHP INI Editor
then selected the domain / selected the directory of domain website
after that, you will redirect to the page that you can increase the upload limit: upload_max_filesize, post_maxsize, memory_limit, etc
then click Apply.
